If not now, when? It is time to align in the areas you’ve been putting off. It’s time to embrace who you are. It’s time to step into your limitless potential you’ve always known was there. It’s time to expand. Now.

The LWM is for the women that want to… be present, mindful and grateful; live life with intention; have the deep connection and trust with her inner wisdom and have a real relationship with her spiritual team.

The women in this program are resilient. They are ready to be witnessed in their vulnerability and their strength. They are ready to courageously move forward, knowing they will be outside their comfort zone, and knowing they will be fully supported. They know that doubt and fear are a normal part of this, but are choosing to enter the unknown anyway. They are ready to be decisive, take action and level up.

The women being called here know they receive what they believe. They are ready to let go of the old patterns. They are ready to TRUST -- in themselves, their team Above, the sisters holding space for them. Trust that the universe has their back, bc they know when that part clicks they can have it all.

They are ready to attract, manifest and receive. They are ready to highlight and grow in the areas they shine. And shift and transform in the areas they aren’t shining as bright.

We all have many reasons to do this work. Some are at a place where we are just doing it for ourselves, bc we realized deep down we actually do think we’re worthy. Some are here to explore their lightwork or bc they're ready to shift their mind. Others are here bc they're mothers and one of their goals for doing this is to hook their kiddos up. Some are here to strengthen their relationships. And others are with us to start or grow their businesses. Various walks of life have brought us here, but we’re all here to expand. This is the most compassionate, understanding, aware, supportive group of women. And it’s a zero judgment zone. We’re gonna get real, we’ll probably cry, we’ll definitely laugh and love and grow.

We’ll be together through November. Meaning those of you that are like 2020 is my year, will be wing fluffed throughout it so that intention plays out even better than you can imagine. Lightwork will be woven into all we do. Everything from mindset to chakras to energy work to abundance and even body love. Because this is our time to shine the light, trust our intuition, know our guidance and uplevel in all areas.

Let’s join hands in sisterhood and embody the Lightworker Within. This mentorship will help you embrace your own most authentic way to work with YOUR energy and light. This course is for women seeking intuitive development, recognition of their own gifts, that want to connect with their spiritual team, ready to align and up level in all areas of life/business, and be part of an incredibly supportive sisterhood.

The LWM will feel spacious, healing and divinely guided. It will empower you to take an active role in working with your own light, intuition and spiritual team. This is about adding to your life, not your already full plate. We’ll have a full month with each theme. And I promise, it doesn’t feel like work. It’s FUN, light, whimsical, inspiring, creative, divinely guided and you’ll want to do it.

You may be aware of your own sensitivity or empathetic nature. At times you may have felt this was a curse, rather than the gift it truly is. If it feels like a burden, you may have not yet learned how to create healthy energetic boundaries and protect yourself. This mentorship will empower you to interact and hold space for others without taking on their energy.

Do you realize that you already have everything you need inside of you to tap into your own light and energy? You have energy radiating through your body - RIGHT NOW! You can teach yourself to use it for healing, cleansing and energizing. You don’t have to take classes or get attuned from something or someone outside of you. You already have it.

Examples of how you’ve naturally used energy work throughout your life:

• kissing or bandaging a boo-boo

• sending prayers

• baking for loved ones

• gifting soup to a sick friend

• hugs and kisses

• blessing a meal

• creating or even buying a gift

The list goes on and on. It’s about loving intention and the ENERGY we put into the giving and receiving. It’s the most natural thing in the world to do.

In this mentorship, you’ll tap into your natural ability to use your light and energy. You will be able to use this for healing and intuitive work. The best part is - you’ll do this in the unique and healthy way that resonates with you. We’ll do this work within an intimate online community of women. Together, we’ll create a safe and sacred, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your gifts and practice using them to benefit yourself and others.

We’ll also really dive into weaving mindset work (moving from stuck bc of the bullshit to soaring with the good shift) with this lightwork and spiritual tools. We’ll find clarity and ease through meditation and mindfulness. It’s going to be one game changer after another.

Through this program, you will feel seen, heard and held. My deepest intention is that you feel happy, free, empowered and divinely guided as you confidently explore your light and energy within a safe and supportive community. I see us all aware and confident, filled with clarity as we continuously celebrate sweet divine moments together. I want to sit with you, wherever you are, hold your hand and together move into the light.

The Flow

There will be a full month immersion with each theme in the LWM. In the first week of each month you will receive a workbook, guided visualization and a series of pre-recorded videos to watch or listen to at your convenience. In the second week there will be a 90 minute group call hosted by Sara for support around the theme. This call will be recorded. During the third and fourth weeks there will be optional 60 minute sister circle calls for support and celebrations (around anything, not specific to LWM content). These calls will be hosted by Kelly Billings and Heather Tutwiler Rich and will not be recorded due to their sacred and confidential nature. The sister circle calls will be a wonderful opportunity to receive and also practice using your intuitive gifts to give support to your LWM sisters.

Meet your mentors:

I’ve been aware of spirit as long as I can remember. Honestly, it scared the hell out of me and I shut it down for a long time. At age 15, I began giving intuitive readings and practicing palmistry. Throughout the next 15 years, I weaved in and out of my connection with myself, my intuition and my team. I went through long bouts of depression/anxiety and dealt with much debilitating physical illness as well.

In 2010, I studied at the Healing Arts Center in St. Louis, MO. This is where I learned the foundation of the work I do. I learned about mindset, energy work, meditation, working with Source in a way that didn’t drain me, empath self care, healing, holding space, and how to do this work in a protected and healthy way. After several years of practicing these techniques, I found my passion in leading group coaching programs. I’ve had the pleasure of holding space for hundreds of women as they have done the work to transform their lives. There has always been a deep spiritual and intuitive aspect to all of my coaching and programs, whether we’re focused on life or business. I’m so lit up by this opportunity to host a program entirely dedicated to it. This is the third round of the Lightworker Within Mentorship in the past 3 years and has expanded into a beautiful 9 month immersion. These tools have the power to shift everything, how you see the world, how you experience life, how you feel about yourself, your relationships, career, the amount of money you make… it is so powerful and has a ripple effect on EVERYTHING.

I’ve worked a lot with young children the last 10 years, and on the side have studied many things holistic. I’m a certified soul coach and health coach, and at the core of it, am most interested in helping others live from their hearts and as much in the present moment as possible - I believe that’s where the magic happens 😉. I’m also a big fan of helping others express what’s true for them, living authentically, and celebrating the joys of life!

I love learning about all things energy, dancing, travel, rollerblading, sunshine, sailing, and the beach! For now I’m in the middle of a snowy, suburban Detroit Michigan winter, and all of these wonderful lightworker tools definitely come to the rescue!
